Culture Bites’ Leadership Coaching Programs aim to support and empower Leaders to build self awareness, positive impact at work (with their peers, managers, teams, suppliers and other stakeholders) to drive performance and achieve their professional goals. Org. Culture Bites is flexible in the delivery and session requirements, allowing you to choose the best solution to meet your needs. Programs may be a ‘once off session,’ internal project based, for targeted capability building, or as an extended program over your preferred time frame.

1.Coaching programs are aligned to individual, business performance & functional objectives
2.Programs are performance focused, combining structured as well as ‘ad-hoc’ sessions depending on variable ‘on the job’ coachee needs
3.Programs are designed around coachee personality & learning style
4.Various sources of input (manager view, assessments, on the job examples etc.) are required for identifying key development areas, goal setting & measuring program outcomes
5.Coaching tools, guides, frameworks and support are included in the Coaching solution
