What they are and how they can be used:

  • 360 multi-rater assessments are standardised or can be customised to meet your capability models and performance focus requirements
  • 360-degree feedback assessments can be used for purposes of development or appraisal (different approaches)
  • 360’s are a valuable tool to use in conjunction with Culture Transformation, business capability development, Leadership Alignment, general development or performance management initiatives, rather than as a ‘stand-alone’ activity.

 

OCB’s Standard 360 assessment solutions include:

    • The ability to gather quantitative and qualitative data about an individual or group of individuals (usually leaders) to assess perceptions of their observed performance
    • The ability to compare perceptions of self, with perceptions of you made by others, broken down by group (gap analysis by Manager/Peer/Direct Report/Supplier etc.)
    • Clear indication of positive gaps (where people may be underestimating skills/behaviours) and ‘blind spots’ (where people think they are better than the perception)
    • Breakdown of highest and lowest scores
    • Outputs capturing what participants should stop/start/continue to do – comments that can lead directly into development plans
    • Each participant receives a report and well-rounded view of his or her behaviours and performance assessment.
    • Assessment design ensures outputs can lead to insight generation, offering rich and actionable feedback participants can use to improve behaviours & performance
    • Reporting outputs enable HR/P&C leaders to generate insights about where to focus L&D investment to gain optimal ROI and impact to business performance

 

(Optional at additional cost) Aggregated group reporting to explore themes, strengths and areas needing development across key groups (i.e. Leadership Team, functions).
