Description
Debrief and development planning conversations seek to identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement. Coaching conversations include discussion of assessment results, current context, goals, options and potential activities for growth, relative to requirements of individual roles and aspirations. You will leave the coaching session with a greater self awareness as well as be equipped with practical, achievable goals, tools and actions to help you perform better at work.
Assessment debrief and development planning can be undertaken virtually or ‘on premise’ at your office location within the Sydney metropolitan area. (See variations).
